Discounted Fares for Charitable Organization

A pilot program to offer discounted tokens and passes at half price to a small number of charitable organization that specialize in services to the homeless. This test program with up to 10 charities will start Sept. 1 and continue until March 15, 2011. During the test Metro Transit will work with charities to understand the transportation of clients and report back to the legislature in early 2011.
