Philadelphias SEPTA has the same policy but I dont know the penalties for violating the policy in Philadelphia. Most Transit Authorities lately have a zero tolerance when it comes to the use of a cell phone while driving a transit vehicle. Baltimore MTA started that in July replacing the 3 strike system they fromerly had.
