Looks like a sleeker version of the Gillig. Also reminds me of the Las Vegas buses; however, I dont think Metro Transit is ready for this type of bus though.
Nice photos! Were you able to drive it at all? I'm guessing MT is seeing what's available before they issue an RFP for more artics for replacing the 2003 3100 series. Could also have something to do with 35W BRT vehicles. Incidentally I think a NABI is supposed to visit sometime in the next couple weeks as well.
Hello everyone and welcome to my Transit Blog. I have been a bus driver since 2000. I worked for Waukesha Metro Transit in Waukesha, Wisconsin from 2000 to 2008. I moved to the Twin Cities with my family in March of 2008. I now work for Metro Transit in Twin Cities. I first started taking pictures and video in the fall of 2007.
