I think the problem would clear up pretty fast if I ever saw a Metro Transit cop ticket someone for swapping transfers.
The only time I ever see Metro Transit police are when they're checking for valid fares on the LRT. They never seem to ride the buses and go after this so it's really prevalent.
They do. I have seen them give tickets to people when they see someone hand off a transfer to someone else. The problem is the Transit Police can not be everywhere.
Hello everyone and welcome to my Transit Blog. I have been a bus driver since 2000. I worked for Waukesha Metro Transit in Waukesha, Wisconsin from 2000 to 2008. I moved to the Twin Cities with my family in March of 2008. I now work for Metro Transit in Twin Cities. I first started taking pictures and video in the fall of 2007.
